Historical records · context, not a promise

Where the method came from.

These are selected historical records from the creator's own Facebook operation. They are not typical results, an average or a prediction of what anyone else will earn. Meta controls program access, distribution and payouts.

What these screenshots do not show

  • The months that earned almost nothing.
  • The Pages that never worked and were shut down.
  • The years of time spent on posts that produced nothing worth screenshotting.
  • The cost of the tools, the editing hours and the deleted weak posts.

These are selected historical records from the creator's own Facebook operation. They are not typical results, an average or a prediction of what anyone else will earn. Meta controls program access, distribution and payouts. Figures are shown in their original currency and date range, exactly as recorded.

Where AI content breaks

Three problems, and they are always the same three.

01

The clip looks fake

Plastic textures, weak physics, inconsistent characters and no repair process.

02

Every prompt feels the same

One idea repeated with different nouns and costumes.

03

The dashboard gives numbers, not decisions

Views arrive, but the creator does not know what to improve.

FirstFrame connects the decisions those problems keep separate.

Capabilities, not promises

What this system helps you do.

These are learning capabilities. They are not guaranteed platform or income outcomes.

Choose and validate a workable niche

Test demand and durability before you commit a Page to it.

About

Farhan Khan - Creator, Operator and System Builder

Digital Media & AI Growth Strategist, working independently since May 2021. More than 100 Facebook Pages managed in that time, across sports, wrestling, travel, entertainment, funny, ASMR and satisfying formats.

Some of those Pages were built from zero and some were partnership operations. The work ran through several generations of Facebook monetization products, and most of the operating experience came from US audiences - which is exactly why the method is written as a process rather than a set of local tricks.

FirstFrame is that process, documented: the research habit, the prompt systems, the production routes, the repair standard and the weekly reading of numbers that decides what gets made next.

You are not buying prompts. You are buying the five years of operating decisions that tell you which prompt to run, when, and what to change next week.

The five-stage system

One loop, run in order, every week.

Signal - find what audiences respond to

Research comes before generation. You collect what is already performing in the niche, strip it down to the mechanic underneath, and write the week's brief from that - not from a hunch.

  • Collect current performing Reels in the niche and log the first frame only.
  • Separate the mechanic that works from the subject that carried it.
  • Write one sentence that becomes this week's production brief.

Production workflows

Six routes from prompt to finished Reel.

You pick the route by the failure it prevents. That is the whole decision.

Workflow 01

Image-first Reel

Best for
Character and wardrobe continuity across a series.
Prevents
Identity drift between episodes.
Input
One approved still of the cast and setting.
Output
A 15-second clip that matches the reference frame.
Workflow 02

Text-to-video modular Reel

Best for
Volume from one master prompt system.
Prevents
Repeating the same episode with new nouns.
Input
A filled master prompt with slot values.
Output
Distinct episodes on one spine.
Workflow 03

Storyboard and character sheet

Best for
Longer stories with more than one beat.
Prevents
Scenes that do not cut together.
Input
Beat list plus a locked character sheet.
Output
Shot set that edits into one sequence.
Workflow 04

First/last-frame control

Best for
Exact motion between two known frames.
Prevents
Drifting, rubbery movement.
Input
Opening frame and closing frame.
Output
Controlled motion with a clean landing.
Workflow 05

Reference-role production

Best for
Holding a look, a light or a material across posts.
Prevents
A series that changes style every week.
Input
Reference assigned a specific role, not copied.
Output
Consistent original frames.
Workflow 06

Music-first montage

Best for
Rhythm-led cuts and satisfying formats.
Prevents
Edits that fight the track.
Input
Track structure and a shot bank.
Output
A montage cut to the beat, no filler.

The prompt vault

Five niche engines, 100 finished prompts each.

Every prompt is written to be its own episode. Pick one engine and it can carry a Page for a month.

An older man spinning a basketball on one finger in an empty gym. An older man catching an apple in an orchard while onlookers watch.

Silver Stunt Club

Photoreal action-comedy with older adults, staged as friendly rehearsed showmanship.

100 finished prompts
A kitesurfer airborne above a shallow turquoise lagoon. A paddleboarder navigating a narrow mangrove channel.

Blue Rush Watersports

Readable water action inside real physical limits, with visible safety cover.

100 finished prompts
Miniature workers lifting a keyboard key with a crane. Miniature workers repairing the split seam of a red canvas shoe.

Pocket Crew

Matchstick-sized workers solving oversized problems, scaled correctly in every shot.

100 finished prompts
A fox investigating a tipped bucket in an allotment at dusk. An otter tipping a plastic bottle on a rocky riverbank.

Wild Neighbor Problem Solvers

Neighbourhood animal micro-stories, always within the real range of the species.

100 finished prompts
A typewriter and a keyboard side by side on a desk at dusk. A bedside lamp and an old alarm clock on a nightstand at night.

After-Hours Objects

Ordinary objects with a secret night life, told through movement instead of words.

100 finished prompts

Look inside

Six pages, set the way you will read them.

Layout previews built from the real chapter content. Enough to see the standard, not enough to replace the book.

The difference

A prompt folder is not a system.

Typical prompt folder

  • Disconnected prompts
  • Repeated idea templates
  • No research method
  • No repair process
  • No dashboard interpretation

FirstFrame

  • Connected operating system
  • 500 distinct episodes
  • Research before generation
  • Six workflows chosen by failure risk
  • Publish, study, improve loop
