Terms & Conditions
This document is an electronic record in terms of the Information Technology Act, 2000 and rules thereunder as applicable and the amended provisions pertaining to electronic records in various statutes as amended by the Information Technology Act, 2000. This electronic record is generated by a computer system and does not require any physical or digital signatures.
This document is published in accordance with the provisions of Rule 3 (1) of the Information Technology (Intermediaries Guidelines) Rules, 2011 that require publishing the rules and regulations, privacy policy and Terms of Use for access to or use of the domain name getfirstframe.com and its related web pages (collectively, the “Platform”).
The Platform is operated under the business name FirstFrame by Farhan Khan, author of the FirstFrame course, from Rajnandgaon, Chhattisgarh, India (hereinafter referred to as “FirstFrame”, “we”, “us” or “our”).
Terms of Use
Your use of the Platform, digital course, downloadable materials, services and tools is governed by these terms and conditions (“Terms of Use”) and the applicable policies incorporated herein by reference. If you transact through the Platform, you will also be subject to the policies applicable to that transaction. By accessing or using the Platform, you agree that these Terms of Use constitute binding obligations between you and FirstFrame.
These Terms of Use relate to your use of our Website and digital products or services (collectively, “Services”). Any terms proposed by you that conflict with these Terms of Use are expressly rejected by FirstFrame and shall have no force or effect. We may update these Terms of Use when reasonably required, including to reflect changes to the Services, payment arrangements or applicable law. The date of the latest update appears below, and you should review these Terms periodically.
For the purpose of these Terms of Use, “you”, “your” or “user” means any natural or legal person who visits the Platform, purchases a Service or otherwise uses the Platform.
ACCESSING, BROWSING OR OTHERWISE USING THE PLATFORM INDICATES YOUR AGREEMENT TO ALL THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS UNDER THESE TERMS OF USE, SO PLEASE READ THE TERMS OF USE CAREFULLY BEFORE PROCEEDING.
No registration or FirstFrame account
You do not need to register or create a FirstFrame account merely to browse or purchase. FirstFrame does not maintain customer usernames or passwords. If you choose to purchase, our checkout asks for your name, email address and mobile number so the order can be identified, delivered and supported. The site stores a limited order and delivery record as described in our Privacy Policy.
Payment-instrument details are entered only on PhonePe's hosted payment page under its own terms and privacy policy. If you contact support, you may voluntarily provide your name, email address, order reference, payment reference or other information reasonably needed to resolve your request. Information supplied at checkout, to a payment provider or to support must be true, accurate and complete. Please see our Privacy Policy for details.
Payment, delivery and download access
FirstFrame is sold for a one-time price of ₹999 unless a different price is clearly displayed before checkout. Payment is processed through PhonePe's hosted payment page. A browser redirect or screenshot is not treated as proof of payment; delivery is released only after the server receives or independently verifies a completed PhonePe order for the correct amount.
After payment confirmation, a signed personal download link is displayed and sent to the purchase email address. A newly issued link is valid for 24 hours and allows three fresh download starts. Resumed requests from the same connection may be treated as part of the same download. If a link expires or reaches its allowance, the buyer may request a replacement through the link-recovery page using the original purchase email. Reissuing a link revokes earlier links for that order.
The download restriction protects delivery access; it does not make the purchased material expire. Buyers should download the package promptly and keep their own private backup. Download links and course files are personal to the purchaser and must not be shared, published, resold, redistributed or uploaded for access by others.
Use of the Platform and Services
The use of the Platform and/or availing of our Services is subject to the following Terms of Use:
- No registration or FirstFrame account is required. You are responsible for the accuracy of information you provide at checkout, to a payment provider or to our support contact in connection with a purchase, payment verification, complaint or refund request.
- Neither we nor any third parties provide any warranty or guarantee as to the accuracy, timeliness, performance, completeness or suitability of the information and materials offered on this website or through the Services, for any specific purpose. You acknowledge that such information and materials may contain inaccuracies or errors and we expressly exclude liability for any such inaccuracies or errors to the fullest extent permitted by law.
- Your use of our Services and the Platform is solely and entirely at your own risk and discretion for which we shall not be liable to you in any manner. You are required to independently assess and ensure that the Services meet your requirements.
- The contents of the Platform and the Services are proprietary to us and are licensed to us. You will not have any authority to claim any intellectual property rights, title or interest in its contents. The contents include and are not limited to the design, layout, look and graphics.
- You acknowledge that unauthorized use of the Platform and/or the Services may lead to action against you as per these Terms of Use and/or applicable laws.
- You agree to pay us the charges associated with availing the Services.
- You agree not to use the Platform and/or Services for any purpose that is unlawful, illegal or forbidden by these Terms, or Indian or local laws that might apply to you.
- You agree and acknowledge that the Website and the Services may contain links to other third-party websites. On accessing these links, you will be governed by the terms of use, privacy policy and such other policies of such third-party websites. These links are provided for your convenience to provide further information.
- You understand that, upon initiating a transaction to obtain the Services, you are entering into a legally binding and enforceable contract with FirstFrame for those Services.
- You shall indemnify and hold harmless FirstFrame and its respective agents and service providers from any claim, demand, action or penalty, including reasonable legal fees, arising from your breach of these Terms of Use, the Privacy Policy or other applicable policies; your violation of any law, rule or regulation; or your infringement of a third party's rights, including intellectual-property rights.
- To the fullest extent permitted by law, FirstFrame will not be liable for any indirect, consequential, incidental, special or punitive damages, including loss of profits or revenue, business interruption, loss of opportunity, loss of data or other economic interests, arising from the use of or inability to use the Services. Where liability cannot lawfully be excluded, FirstFrame's aggregate liability will not exceed the amount paid by you for the Service giving rise to the claim or Rupees One Hundred (Rs. 100), whichever is less.
- Notwithstanding anything contained in these Terms of Use, the parties shall not be liable for any failure to perform an obligation under these Terms if performance is prevented or delayed by a force majeure event.
- These Terms and any dispute or claim relating to them, or their enforceability, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India.
- All disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Rajnandgaon, Chhattisgarh.
